Watch this!

Watch this! If there were an MIT blogger Hall of Fame, Mollie would definitely be in it. Mollie was a blog legend; her entries are still as relevant today as they were when she wrote them between 2005 and when she graduated with degrees in Biology and Brain Cognitive Science in 2006. Today, she is a graduate student at Harvard, and is still involved with the MIT community as member of the MIT Cheerleading Team (yes, MIT has a Cheerleading Team). (You may also know Mollie from a popular Internet forum which I will not link to here.) The folks at PBSs Nova have been producing a neat (and Emmy-nominated!) series called The Secret Life of Scientists Engineers. A now, the producers have shown the good sense to profile Mollie in the latest episode (or, webisode, as it is a web series). Without further ado, meet Mollie: Mollie is doing some really fascinating, and really important, research work. Would you like to hear the short version of her research? and heres the Mollie-cheerleader origin story: Ive saved the best for last. My favorite Mollie video is this one: Mollie isnt the only MIT person profiled by Secret Life. The other include: Erika Ebbel 04 Colin Angle 89 SM 91 Prof. Dava Newman SM 89 PhD 92 Eran Egozy 95 MEng 95 Nate Ball 05 SM 07 Feel free to use the comments section below to talk directly to or ask questions of Mollie herself!
